Waterford Woman's Club Scholarships 2019
The Waterford Woman's Club offers scholarships each year. One is for female residents graduating from high school. The other scholarship is for female residents continuing their education. Please see the information for BOTH Scholarships attached. All scholarships are due by April 30th. There is a new section of our website in the Top Navigation Bar. The Nurse Tab will have information from our School Nurses including Medical Forms and Health Information.
Paperless Report Cards
In an effort to conserve paper, the district is going to issue paperless report cards via RealTime. However, if you would like a hard copy version, you will have the option to print the report card at home. Technical support to view and/or print report cards will also be available during conferences in the media center of your child’s building. A screencast with directions will be available in mid-December on Facebook and the district website as well.
Special Education Parent Advisory Group Information
This year Waterford Township School District has joined in a consortium with the Folsom and Hammonton School Districts to establish a Special Education Parent Advisory Group (SEPAG). We want to invite you to participate. As a group member you would be involved in making recommendations on special education policy. Our goal is to work together to improve our programs and policies and to better meet the educational needs of our students and their families.
Before and After School Care 2018-19
The deadline to register for Just Kids and receive free registration is Friday, July 13th. Visit their page at www.justkidsprogram.org. The deadline to register and start the first day of school is August 17th.
Pre-K Transportation Waiver
During the Pre-K Orientation on April 26th, several parents expressed interest in completing the transportation waiver. If your child will be attending Pre-K in the fall and you intend to waive transportation for the 2018-2019 please complete the form attached. This will allow our transportation department to begin planning. Reminder: Should your circumstances change and require you to send your child on the bus you may opt back into transportation at any time.
