IT’S CANDY BAR BINGO TIME!!!
Dear Families,
We’re excited to continue our tradition of themed classroom baskets for Candy Bar Bingo! Each class will create a basket to be raffled off at the event on November 14th from 6:30-8:30 at WES (more information to follow).
Here’s how it works:
● Each classroom has a theme that the Head Room Parent picked (listed on the back)
● Families are asked to donate an item(s) that fits the theme. Monetary
donations are also accepted. This does not have to be anything big, small items are helpful
● All donations will be sent home to the Head Room Parent. They will then put the basket together and return it to a board member or the school
● If you do not see your class on the list, it’s ok. You just don’t have a basket
IMPORTANT: Please do not send in full baskets yourself. Just send a single item (big or small) that matches your class theme, and the head room parent will assemble everything into one basket.
This is a fun way for everyone to contribute without extra stress. The more variety we have, the better the basket will be.
Donations are due by November 11. Thank you so much for your help in making Candy Bar Bingo a success again this year
