The electronic device provided by the Waterford Township School District may record or collect information on a pupil’s activity or a pupil’s use of the device. The Waterford Township School District will not use any of these electronic capabilities in a manner that would violate the privacy rights of the student or any individual residing with the student. The district may remotely activate a location tracking feature and/or the device’s onboard camera should the device be reported stolen or missing.
