Superintendent's Message

As a staff we are excited to have the opportunity to guide the children of our community from as early as 3 years old at Thomas Richards School through Sixth Grade at Waterford Elementary School.  Here in Waterford, our staff works to deliver a comprehensive and rigorous curriculum designed to engage and challenge our students and ensure that they have a solid educational foundation and they are ready for middle school, high school, and college or the workplace.  As an administrative staff we believe in making financially responsible decisions that support and ultimately achieve our district wide mission of:  

Waterford Township School District, through our progressive, student-centered curriculum and comprehensive system of supports, provides all students with a safe, equitable learning environment that cultivates academic, social and emotional growth. We encourage the development of personal strengths, a positive self-image, and an appreciation for the uniqueness of each individual. Through community partnerships and engagement, the district provides a strong foundation for students to reach their full potential as they continue their educational journey.
